Excitement is building as the Youth Education Scholarship,  "YES for Liberty",  program prepares for their 9th Annual Constitution Bee scheduled to be held in March 2020.

Application process opened on Constitution Day, September 17th.  APPLICATION DEADLINE is December 31st, 2019.

All applications must be received by and/or postmarked by the DEADLINE to be considered for participation in the 2020 "YES for LIberty" Constitution Bee.
