The 2016 Theme is "Cruisin' into the County Fair"
When: July 21st through July 25th.
Where: CICO Park, Manhattan, KS.

We will be in our usual location just East of the Potfroff Hall Patio on the South End of the strip. We will be answering questions and handing out information about our 6th Annual YES for Liberty Constitution Bee to be held in March 2017. Our scholarship program is open to all 9th through 12th Grade students who are US Citizens and are Kansas Residents.
