All applications must be postmarked by December 31st, 2015 by 11:59 pm to be eligible for consideration to participate in the 5th Annual Youth Education Scholarship Constitution Bee to be held in Manhattan, KS on March 6, 2016. Application and Instructions are readily available on the website under Scholarship. You can even fill out your application right on site and then print it out to sign and mail.
